We will send you a confirmation text when you book your service appointment, as well as a reminder text before your appointment date. This text will also provide you with the name and photo of he technician(s) who will be scheduled to arrive to your home or business. We will also be dressed in LJ Window Cleaning attire.

LJ Window Cleaning does in fact offer a Rain Guarantee. Our policy is if it rains within 7 days of the washing we will come back to touch up only the windows that are affected at no charge to you. All you have to do is give us a call and the next time we are in your area, we will come by.

Once a week, Every 2 weeks, or Monthly – Depending on the type of business or your personal preference. We recommend these services to our commercial customers that have a high traffic area near the windows and want to maintain their cleanliness and shine. This service can be for the exterior glass only or both interior and exterior. Our minimum pricing for all commercial businesses is $50.

Quarterly – We recommend this cleaning to our larger commercial customers such as Car Dealerships, Large corporate office buildings, etc. We have found that most large businesses with many large windows can maintain clean windows in between their quarterly service appointments.

Every 6 months – This is our most common program for our residential customers. With this plan the windows are cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Whenever we come in your home we wear shoe covers over our shoes to prevent dirt from getting on your floors and take the necessary precautions to keep all areas where we work, dry inside your home. Keeping the exterior of the windows cleaned helps prevent the build-up of hard water on the glass which is very common. You do have the option to have this done more frequently if needed.
